In a very short time, we've grown from a modest 2-press operation to a strong and modern company with over 16 presses housed in our own 48,500 square foot manufacturing facility. We offer a well-rounded spectrum of capabilities - including the ability to provide design, engineering, tooling, prototyping, stamping, welding, fabrication, finishing, and assembly all under one roof.
We have a total of 11 well maintained & updated progressive presses, 10 of the 11 are Minsters with new Wintress Smart Pac II controls and sensor packs on them. These presses range from 100 Ton to 600 Ton with speeds from 70-160 strokes per minute. We also have a DC welder capable of In Die welding and weld verification. In our tool room there are five late model Haas Machining centers VF-6B/40 “2007”, VF-3B “2008”,VF-5B/40 “2009”,VF-6/40 "2012", and VF.2SS "2014". Also in our tool room there is Three Wire EDM machines, one Charmilles Technologies, and two Agie Agiecuts.
We have the capability of building custom assemblies or welding cells. We're experienced in long runs, short runs, service jobs, prototypes, progressive dies, line dies, and our niche "hot jobs".
Engineering: design capabilities- black box through final print development fully detailed tooling and fixture efficiencies.
In house New Tool Build : Tools built with state of the art efficient wire edm/machining center technology.
In house Die Maintenance : Properly maintained tooling is a cornerstone of DieTechs commitment to uphold process controls and quality integrity.
Sensor Technology: DieTech has invested on advanced technology that allows us to provide customers with both sensor pokeos on all progressive tooling, in die welding capabilities and on high volume applications. Secondary operations are minimized realizing significant cost savings.
