Design- At DieTech Tool & Mfg., Inc., we offer a complete design capability utilizing the latest hardware and software including the current revision of Solid Works and Autocad. We have the ability to produce 2D and 3D designs for parts, prototypes, tooling and fixturing. Our engineering staff provides customers with assistance needed for new programs, engineering changes and prototypes with enhanced features for feasibility issues.
Prototype- DieTech's prototype department manufacture's high quality prototype's with an extensively experienced staff.Our prototypes are put through the system just as production parts are. If needed Dietech provides assemblies, Level 2 PPAP information, part layout, certification,etc. We strive to maintain high satisfaction with our customers by providing the quickest lead times possible with prototypes being made to CAD data/print specifications.
Tooling- DieTechs' tooling department maintains a staff of knowledgeable and skilled tool and diemakers. We have five, three axis Haas CNC machining center, two wire EDM machines as well as a host of mills and grinders to facilitate an accurate, robust build and maintenance of new as well as existing or service tooling.
